Local Involvement Networks (LINks) are made up of individuals and community groups, such as faith groups and residents' associations, working together to improve health and social care services.

Although we receive few complaints, each one is important to us. Our aim is to ensure that each matter of concern is dealt-with quickly and resolved to the satisfaction of all concerned.

Practice Complaints Procedure
If you do have a concern, in the first instance you may get in touch with one a member of our reception team who will try to help sort the matter out for you. If the matter remains unresolved you can ask to speak to supervisory staff.

If you feel it may be better to make a written complaint please post it for the attention of the Practice Manager. Please note, if you are complaining on behalf of someone you MUST also send a signed an dated consent letter which clearly indicates that the patient is happy for you to handle the complaint on their behalf.

Complimentary Remarks/Suggestions
If you feel that you received good service and would like to compliment the staff involved, please write to the Practice Manager who will be happy to let them know of your satisfaction.
Your opinion counts. If you are a patient at this practice, please take the time to  let us know if you would recommend us to members of your family, or your friends.
Whatever your view, your reasons are important to us. We want to continue doing what we do well - and make improvement improve where it may be necessary.
